Our Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your Fortis Active Wear purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

 

How to Return

 

To initiate a return, please email us at daniyal.hameed@aol.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

 

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at daniyal.hameed@aol.com and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
